You get hyper realistic art styles in games as often as you get gosh darn awful art styles. There is a lot of unique gameplay in here.
All the collectibles and toys you got throughout the game, they are all accessible here and you are free to use the system to create anything you desire. Want to design a race with some dope jumps? Want to create a parkour gauntlet with swinging hammers and steep drops? Want to create a city for you to fight waves of enemies in? All of it you can do all of it. I know that seems like a lot and that’s good because it is. This allows the player to go into a new empty world and create whatever they desire. This is definitely where Disney infinity shines. With characters receiving a bit more in the way of individual depth as their skills and moves differ more so than ever, they also received the much needed ‘skill tree’ upgrade system that games these days love so much. Speaking of the gameplay, there’s been a few upgrades from the previous title in the franchise. Travelling around Manhattan is fun and the multiple ways you can do so provides a nice amount of variety and the destructible environment also adds a great deal to the gameplay.
